- Installation rates based on a single-story building with condensing unit (outdoor) no more than 10ft away from the evaporator section ( indoor)
- Electrical requirements may differ based on the size of the system and are not included in the cost of installation.
- Condition of warranty: Proof of maintenance every 3-4 months by a qualified air conditioning technician or company.
- Any system damage that occurs due to malicious intent, misuse, or negligence will not be covered under warranty provision.
- Replacement remote control batteries is not covered by warranty.
- System must be adequately sized for the area being cooled by a qualified professional.
